No Internet

This error occurs when the software can’t access an internet connection. Check your internet connection. Make sure you are close to your router. If you are using a VPN, or running an antivirus or firewall, these programs can sometimes block you from streaming. In that case, you will need to research the settings of that software.

Stream error occurred

First, make sure you are not running more than one instance of the software (for example having the DAW Plugin running while also having the Desktop Broadcasting App running or Blast Radio hardware in use). Next, check your internet connection strength. This error can occur when the broadcasting software can’t transmit data fast enough. Make sure you are close to your router and you’re not simultaneously running other programs that can take up bandwidth (such as streaming video). If your broadcast keeps failing there might be congestion on your router slowing down your connection.
