Make sure you are close to your router
A strong internet connection is crucial to broadcast. Blast products capture audio in lossless and streams to the cloud without compressing the file in real time. Therefore, broadcasting requires a strong internet connection. In order to avoid drops in audio, connection loss, or glitches, make sure you are as close to your internet source as possible.
Reset your router
Over time, routers can get congested with wifi-emitting devices connecting to the network. Reset your router by plugging the power source off the wall, wait for 30 seconds then plug it back in. A simple reset will clear this congestion and ensure the device is one of the primary devices connecting to your network.
