Updating Your Firmware (Blast Mic)

We're constantly working to improve the Blast Radio app and the Blast Mic device. You can update your Blast Mic to the latest Firmware in order to make sure your broadcasts run smoothly. 

How to Update Your Firmware

1. Make sure you're on the latest version of the Blast Radio mobile app.
2. Turn your Blast Mic off by holding the red button.
3. Then press the red button again to turn it back on, but continue holding the button until the device says ‘Setup Mode.'
4. Go to your profile in the Blast Radio app.
5. Tap the gear icon on the top right to access ‘Settings.’
6. Tap ‘Account.’
7. Tap ‘Update Firmware.’

Note: Updating your firmware requires a quality internet connection. The device will halt the update if the connection drops out in order to ensure your device is not damaged. If the firmware doesn't update the first time, try again until it does.
